This hotel is a true gem! Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Ms. Yolanda at reception was particularly helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. Secondly, the rooms were beautifully kept and spacious, with the added bonus of air conditioning to keep us comfortable. The view from our room overlooking the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start our day. We couldn't have asked for a better value for money stay.

We arrived late at night, but the receptionist was cute and showed us to our room. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and had a shower. The location was convenient, not far from the shrine. The staff were courteous and most spoke English. The food served was tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only positive thing about this hotel was its location near the train station and within walking distance of the sanctuary. The meals served were reasonably priced and tasty.
This hotel was a big disappointment. The room was tiny, reminded me of a shoebox.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the train station, making it easy to access. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with some even offering private terraces. The bathrooms have rainfall showers, and there are plenty of electrical and USB sockets. The restaurant serves tasty food with generous portions, and the continental breakfast, although limited, is filling and includes fresh ground coffee and machine-pressed fresh orange juice.
Some guests mentioned that the sheets and towels had a strange smell, which could be due to the laundry soap or disinfectant used.

We had a pleasant Easter experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent and the parking facilities were excellent. The hotel was also very quiet, great to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was ideal, with the Grotto being within close proximity. the breakfast was enjoyable and the WiFi was of good quality.

Helpful front desk staff went out of their way to assist with printing train tickets from email. Excellent restaurant with great food. Wonderful panoramic views over the town and towards the mountains. Efficient, friendly, and multilingual waiters.
